The most exciting thing about Justice League will be sire to see some of DC ’s mighty heroes together on the big screenland . The second most exciting thing ? look out it and trying not to imagine what every scene with Superman would ’ve look like if the film producer had n’t edit out the mustache Henry Cavill sported in reshoots .
For those who have not been following along with the Justice League reshoots , Henry Cavill had to retort to action as the Man of Steel when reshoots began while still sportingthe delicious mustache he ’d rise — and been contractually obliged to keep — for his next gig in the new Mission Impossible flick . WhileWarner Bros. will digitally plane Cavill sporty for the film , honestly , we ’d love to see footage of Superman being the big hero … while sporting an uncharacteristically bushy ’ stache to kick .
It does n’t aid that the rest of the roll now hold dishing on what it was like to process with the Mustache of Tomorrow during the reshoots , and making it as hilarious as we ’d reckon it to be . Case in point , here ’s Ben Affleck talking toEmpire Magazinetoday about his own response to Cavill ’s facial hair :

It was a full - on porn - star topology moustache . He await like a porn star from the ’ 70s , just with a good soundbox . It ’s a unlike twist [ on Superman ] .
Tell me you do n’t want to see that in action this November , and proficient reader , I will call you a liar . Come on , Warner Bros.—sure , edit it out of Justice League , but there has to be some footage saved for the behind - the - scenes featurettes and whatnot . moustache scientifically improve Batman v Superman . I do n’t see a reason why they would n’t do the same for Justice League .
