The FCC has confirmed that they ’re hold out to hold a 2d hearing about Comcast ’s BitTorrent strangulation / blocking at Stanford , seeing as thefirst hearingwas filled with Comcast ’s paid audience member . The hearing is going to be on April 17 , but does Comcast actually care . Apparently not , because the mankind who spoke on behalf of Comcast at the Harvard listening last month say the FCC does n’t have any legal power to do anything about the ISP anyway , even if they resolve that their BitTorrent blocking is a no no .
