It’s been 11 years sinceMichelle TrachtenbergandLeighton Meestershared a screen together onGossip Girl, but the pair are still friends.
Over the weekend, Trachtenberg, who played the devious Georgina Sparks on the beloved teen series, shared a photograph of herself striking a serious pose with Meester, who starred as queen bee, Blair Waldorf.
“Spotted. Ms. Waldorf and Ms. Sparks. In the ballroom. With secrets. I’ll never tell. Xoxo,” the actress, 33, captioned the image, mimicking the cadence of Gossip Girl blasts.

In the image, the pair were all dolled up, with Trachtenberg wearing a peacock feathered hat, while Meester, 32, opted for a red dress with a strand of beads tied around her forehead.
While Trachtenberg’s original post didn’t offer many clues as to what brought the former costars together, she revealed in her Instagram Story that they were at a murder mystery party, which appeared to be thrown in honor of a mutual pal’s bachelorette celebrations.
Reflecting on her days playing the headband-loving socialite, Meester revealed last year that although she has fond memories of her time on the show, she hasno interest in reprising her rolesomeday.
“A lot of the questions that come from it are: ‘Do you miss it?’ ‘Did you love what you wore?’ And I understand that, but — and I say this with nothing but love — it is like saying, ‘High school was an amazing time for you, do you wish you could go back?’ ” she said during an interview with Net-A-Porter’s weekly digital magazine,PorterEdit. “And the truth is, it was so special and such a unique, amazing experience, but no, I wouldn’t wanna go back to it, I was a kid!

The hit CW teen drama aired from 2007-2012. Meester was just 21 years old when the show first premiered and became an instant hit.

Although Meester added that the set was not always “the healthiest environment,” she “wouldn’t change” her experience.
“I wouldn’t change anything [in the past] because I’m happy where I am now,” she said. “And I think that that’s one of the many wonderful parts of not only having a child and meeting your soulmate, but also I feel really lucky career-wise, really in a place that I want to be.”
Meester is now married to actorAdam Brodywith whom she shares 3-year-old daughter Arlo.
