Without those moments , NASA does n’t get the funding to build anything . NASA JPL competes for contractswith other NASA branches and individual companies as well . They need the most compelling tar possible to come through the bid . And Dan ’s work is nothing if not compelling .
Jupiter To the People!

Dan Goods ’ employment at NASA is one of the starkest examples of this . You ca n’t build a rocket if you ca n’t sell the melodic theme to someone who wants to fund it , and no one will want to fund it if the world does n’t care . creative person and geeks , together at last .
