Mike “The Situation” Sorrentinois prohibited from opening any future bank accounts.

Last week, Sorrentino wassentenced to eight months in prisonand two years of supervised release in his tax evasion case.

Now, a judgment is outlining details of what theJersey Shorestar’s eventual supervised release will require.

The judgment also states that Sorrentino, who is engaged toLauren Pesce, cannot open a bank account with his bride-to-be.

“With the exception of the financial accounts reported and noted within the presentence report, you are prohibited from maintaining and/or opening any additional individual and/or joint checking, savings, or other financial accounts, for either personal or business purposes, without the knowledge and approval of the U.S. Probation Office,” the judgment reads. “You must cooperate with the U.S. Probation Officer in the investigation of your financial dealings and must provide truthful monthly statements of your income. You must cooperate in the signing of any authorization to release information forms permitting the U.S. Probation Office access to your financial records.”

In addition to monitoring his financial information, the government is requiring that Sorrentino partake in mental health treatment.

In January, Sorrentinopled guiltyto one count of tax evasion. His brother Marc pled guilty to one count of aiding in the preparation of a false and fraudulent tax return and wassentenced to two years in prisonon Friday.

As a part of his sentencing, Sorrentino must also complete 500 hours of community service and was given $123,913 in restitution, which he has already paid, plus a fine of $10,000 that must be paid within 30 days.

After his sentencing, heposted several photostaken outside of the Newark courthouse on Instagram andexpressed his gratitudeto be moving forward with the support of his friends and fiancée.

“We are very happy to put this behind us,” Sorrentino wrote alongside shots of him with hisJersey Shorecastmates and college sweetheart. “Thank you So much for all the Love & Support 🙏🏻”
