Blake Griffin is trading in his Los Angeles home.
The NBA star has listed thetwo-story mansionin a gated community for $10,995,000 with David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
Griffin is spending the basketball season in Michigan this year afterbeing tradedfrom the Los Angeles Clippers to the Detroit Pistons last January.

Griffin’s traditional Cape Cod-style home located in Pacific Palisades boasts 9,000 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms and six and a half baths.
The sprawling master suite has a private sitting area, a fireplace, terrace, and two “room-size” custom closets, according to the listing.


The main-floor living areas incorporates a double-height foyer, formal sitting and dining rooms, an open-plan chef’s kitchen and an office.
Downstairs, a variety of bonus rooms include a gym, theatre, game room and guest quarters.


According to theLos Angeles Times, Griffinpicked up the house for $9 millionin 2014. He didn’t make too many cosmetic changes inside during his tenure, but he did add some significant privacy enhancements out front, including a tall curbside wall, trees and a gate for the driveway.
