If only theLong Island Mediumhad arrived in the West Coast a little earlier!
On Tuesday,Kim Kardashian Westrevealed in her Instagram Stories that television mediumTheresa Caputohad paid a visit to her Calabasas home to perform a personal reading for her and sisterKhloé Kardashian.
“You guys, today is probably one of the best days of my life and I have to tell you why,” she began in the video, before revealing Caputo, 52, standing alongside her and walking over to give her a hug.
“Guess who’s at my house and I did a reading with!” the 38-year-old reality star, who wore a white tank top with her hair slicked back into a tight ponytail and dramatic eye makeup, squealed to the camera.
As Kim stood with her arm around Caputo, Khloé, 34, then leaned in and shared a sweet moment with her older sister and the famous New York-based medium.

“You know, my daughter Victoria probably flatlined,” Caputo said of her 24-year-old, in reference to Kim’s excitement and hug. “Victoria! Where are you? I don’t think I’m giving your mom back. She’s staying!” Kim joked back.
In response, Caputo thanked Kim and Khloé and explained that she loved them and they were “amazing.”
But Kim couldn’t stop raving about Caputo either. “You guys, we had the best reading! The Long Island Medium is in Calabasas, can you believe this? She’s at my house,” she said before blowing a kiss to the camera.
TheKeeping Up with the Kardashiansstar also shared a photo with Caputo on her Instagram Stories, featuring the pair in matching white attire, and captioned the shot, “Dreams do come true”

That same image was shared to Caputo’s Instagram account, as well, where she complimented Kim and thanked her for trusting her to do the reading.
“She’s honestly one of the sweetest most genuine people I’ve ever met 💕 @kimkardashian Thank you for trusting me with the souls of your loved ones it was an honor to channel for you 💫#longislandmedium #kimkardashian” Caputowrote.
While it was not clear what the sisters were hoping to get out of their time with Caputo and if any part of Khloé’s relationship withTristan Thompsonwas addressed, it wouldn’t be the first time that Khloé has sought help from a medium.
In June 2017, she appeared onHollywood MediumwithTyler Henryalongside her momKris Jenner, where her relationship with Thompson was discussed.
Almost a year later, Henry, 22, admitted that he saw“some relationship issues”between the new parents during an appearance onThe Zach Sang Showin April 2018.
Henry went on to say that he hoped he gave Khloé “information” at the time that was “helping her navigate.”
“But I think getting the validation… Sometimes having information beforehand can be helpful to help a person navigate it,” he explained. “And I hope that the information I gave her is helping her navigate life right now because she needs the help. She’s an amazing person.”

News of the reality stars calling on theLong Island Mediumcame mere hours after Khloébroke her silenceregarding thealleged incidentbetween Thompson andJordyn Woods.
“Hi loves, wanted you to know that I appreciate you!” she wrote. “I’ve been reading your kind words and they really are a blessing to me. I love you! Thank you Thank you!”
It was the first time Khloé addressed the controversy,aside from a cryptic quote about “snakes” she posted to her Instagram Story on Sunday. And while the outspoken reality star will likely have more to say, she explained that she’ll be lying low on social media until she’s ready to talk.
“I’ll be back when I’m in the mood to chat with you all,” she added, giving some parting advice. “Until then remember to be kind to one another.”

AfterThompson and Woods’ alleged affair went public on Feb. 19, Thompson, 27, tweeted “FAKE NEWS” but quickly deleted his post.
Reps for Kardashian and Thompson did not return PEOPLE’s requests for comment — and Woods’ rep had no comment — but the drama has rocked the famously close-knit family.
“Khloé is still hurt. She still can’t believe that Tristan hooked up with Jordyn,” a source told PEOPLE recently, adding that theRevenge Bodystar is trying to stay positive and “focus” on their 10-month-old daughterTrue.
“Everyone thinks she will be better off now. Tristan won’t be able to hurt her again,” the source continued. “For him to hook up with Jordyn is the ultimate betrayal.”
