On Wednesday after the award show, the“Bongos”artist shared aTikTok, which she also posted toInstagram, of her and the “Mirrors” singer hanging out together at Tao Downtown in New York City in the nightclub’s private sky boxes. In the video, the two appeared to be having a blast as they were seated next to each other and laughing.
“I just talk with my hands🤷🏽♀️lol @justintimberlake love ya 💙,” the hip-hop star captioned the post, referring to how she was waving her hands at the former*NSYNCmember in the viral clip.
The source shared, “He said, ‘It’s so nice to meet you,’ and she said, ‘No, no, this don’t count, this don’t count. We gotta meet proper.’”
A second source close to the situation told PEOPLE something similar. “Meg loves Justin,” they said. “She was saying, ‘No, no, no, we’ve never met before!’ It was their first time meeting and she was excited.”
